Birch sap is fluid, which flows in the vascular tissue of the tree and consists of 97-99% water. The last percentages contain enzymes, micronutrients, proteins and other great ingredients from the soil, which varies by area of harvest. This is why we call birch sap the elixir of the north that conceals the DNA of all of the north.
Our birch sap drink comes straight from the pure nature of Finland: we process it as little and as gently as possible to preserve the original fresh taste. Our goal is to make a drink as natural as possible: the drinks texture varies greatly depending on the harvest.
We are proud of the final result – the taste takes its enjoyer on a voyage to a grove dampened by the morning dew, giving purified vigour from aeons past.
Birch sap drink adorns a banquet as well as freshens up the perspiring mood after chores or sauna. We think that the drink is at its best when served ice cold.
